Delicious Triple-Layer Peanut Butter Brownies
A decadent fusion of fudgy chocolate brownies blanketed by a velvety, whipped peanut butter layer topped with a thin layer of smooth chocolate ganache and crunchy peanuts.

- 1 9x13 brownie homemade or box mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 package vanilla instant pudding 3.4 ounces
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 ½ cup cool whip frozen
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup dry roasted peanuts chopped
Bake the brownies according to the recipe or package. Allow the brownies to cool completely.
Whisk milk and instant vanilla pudding together for 2 minutes.
Add the peanut butter and powdered sugar to the pudding mixture. Spread an even layer over the brownies.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and cool whip for 1 minute, stir every 30 second intervals.
Spread the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer. Note: the chocolate layer will be very thin.
Sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the chocolate layer.
