This is the easiest recipe to make delicious fudgy Chocolate Cookies to satisfy your sweet tooth. All you need is 3 simple ingredients, a mixing bowl, and a baking sheet then voila you have melt-in-your-mouth chocolate magic.

Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, and oil in the mixing bowl. Use a fork to mix the ingredients together. Note: using an electric mixer will cause the cookie dough to become slimy and shiny.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough on the cookie sheet. Leave 1.5-2 inches between cookie dough balls.
  • Bake for 8-9 minutes. Note: increase the baking time 1-2 minutes for slightly firmer cookies.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the pan for several minutes before moving to a cooling rack. Then enjoy!

Notes

Optional Ingredients:
  • White chocolate chips - I love the contrasting color of the dark brown cookie with the white chocolate chips
  • Dark chocolate or milk chocolate chips - this may make the perfect cookies
  • Nuts - who doesn't love nuts and chocolate together?
