3-Ingredient Peach Cobbler Recipe with Cake Mix

Ingredients

  • 2 cans sliced peaches 15 ounces
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Dump the peaches into the baking dish and cut to bite size.
  • Spread the dry cake mix evenly over top of the peaches
  • Slice the butter into 24 even slices. 16 slices from 1 stick and 8 slices from the 1/2 stick of butter.
  • Cover the top of the cake mix with the butter slices. Space the butter slices evenly so when they melt there are no dry spots.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top of the cobbler is golden brown.

Notes

High Altitude Peach Cobbler:
Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
