Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold water
  • 4 tablespoons corn starch
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons strawberry jello
  • 2 cups strawberries - diced
  • 1 cooked pie crust

Instructions

  • Add the cold water, corn starch, and sugar to a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently and bring the mixture to a boil. The mixture will thicken very quickly once it starts boiling.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the jello.
  • Combine the strawberries and the filling mixture in a medium bowl. Allow the strawberry mixture to cool completely in the refrigerator.
  • Fill the pie crust with the cool strawberry mixture to the top of the pie crust.
  • Enjoy!
