Triple-Layer Peanut Butter Brownies Ingredients:
Chocolate Brownies Layer
Any boxed brownie mix or homemade brownie recipe will work.
Peanut Butter Layer
Milk – I always use whole milk in my baking but any milk will work, just make sure the milk is COLD
Vanilla instant pudding – use a 3.4 oz package of INSTANT pudding mix
Creamy peanut butter – the key ingredient for the punch of flavor in these irresistible brownies
Powdered sugar – for a kiss of sweetness and help create the creaminess of the peanut butter filling
Chocolate Ganache Layer
Semi-sweet chocolate chips – for a richer flavor feel free to use dark chocolate chips
Cool whip – I promised this ganache layer was easy to make. What’s easier than melting chocolate chips and cool whip?
Dry roasted peanuts – the chopped up peanuts add the perfect crunch to contrast to the creamy peanut butter and fudgy brownies.

FAQs:
High Altitude Brownie Mix Adjustment:
Baking brownie mixes at high altitude require minor adjustments to avoid the brownies from over-expanding and drying out. Add a 1/4 cup of flour to the brownie mix and bake according to the instructions on the box. For extra fudgy, rich brownies replace the vegetable oil for melted butter.
How to store peanut butter brownies:
Cover the peanut butter brownies tightly with plastic wrap and store in the fridge for up to 5-7 days to keep the brownies from drying out and to help prevent the chocolate from melting.
